If you need to chart a path to better bones and a stronger body, she has super-power enthusiasm to share with you.
Rosemary has a BA in Business, a master’s degree in health sciences and she is a certified senior fitness instructor. This background, paired with her deep knowledge and personal experiences with reversing her own osteoporosis and metabolic health vulnerabilities, make her the perfect coach. She will guide you on how to prioritize the interventions that will put you on the road to better bones and better metabolic health.
